Pathway

What is Pathway

Through much prayer, study, and conversation, we put together these 24 lessons we call Pathway. It is not a new way of doing church, nor is it a program to implement. It is a filter we can see our lives through, a practice we can live together, and in some sense a curriculum that we can study. But ultimately it is our church’s attempt to gather all of the most important things about the Great Commission, compile them into a practical form, one that we can share, and one that we can live out together.

We believe the main work of the church, that sacred task we should be busy about, is the Great Commission.

So Pathway is a concerted effort to reorder our minds, our hearts, our lives, our church, with the Great Commission. To be obedient to Christ’s commands, to be led of the Spirit, to live and speak the truth in love. We’d be honored for you to join us along the narrow Way.

How to Use Pathway

Small Groups

Our small groups will be using the pathway curriculum. We believe they are one of the best places for us to learn about and practice discipleship.

At home

We encourage people to do it in a group, or with your spouse or family, but it is also completely appropriate for you to do it alone.

Jesus tells His disciples: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Matthew 28:19,20
